About ChefAce

ChefAce is a free culinary platform built for home cooks who follow halal or kosher diets — and for anyone who cares about where their ingredients come from. Our core mission is simple: help you find any recipe, then locate the halal and kosher stores and butchers near you that carry the exact ingredients you need. No more jumping between half a dozen websites to figure out what's for dinner and where to shop for it.

What makes ChefAce different is the store and butcher finder. Search thousands of recipes by cuisine, category, allergens, and price — then open the map to see halal and kosher grocers and butchers nearby, with distances in both miles and kilometers. Compare meal costs side by side so you can cook within your budget. Plan your week, build shopping lists, and import any recipe from a URL in seconds. Share your own creations with a community of home cooks who care about the same things you do.

ChefAce is built and maintained by a small, independent team passionate about food accessibility. We believe everyone deserves to cook with confidence — knowing exactly what's in their meal, what it costs, and where their ingredients come from. We are constantly improving the platform based on your feedback, and we'd love to hear what you'd like to see next. If you have an idea, a question, or just want to say hello, visit our Contact page.
